Terms & Conditions:

  • Personalized products are non-refundable.
  • By uploading any content you indemnify Positive Grid and accept all liability for the upload, including defending against legal actions related to it. These include:
  • Positive Grid reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the requirements or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

 

Rejected Submissions Include:

  • Any material that contains sexually exploitative or pornographic imagery. 
  • Any material that contains racism, hate speech, or content that would be considered inflammatory by minority groups. 
  • Any obviously trademarked or copyrighted material, including brands, logos, artwork, images, mascots, character likenesses, etc.
  • Any material that disparages the name or any products associated with Positive Grid.

 

Content Submission Requirements:

  • File Type: PNG, JPG, PDF, JPEG, AI, EPS, HEIC.
  • Image Resolution: 300 dpi

TIPS & TRICKS

Make your grille unique by experimenting and having fun with the customization tool. Need some tips on how to make your design pop? Here are some tricks to help get you started:

  • Zoom in on a certain section of a background, sticker, or text that you like and rotate to position them in a unique way.
  • Layer backgrounds, colors and stickers for a unique design.
  • Move the different layers around and rotate them to change the look and vibe of your grille.
  • Typography can be used for more than just words and letters. Try zooming in, rotating, and positioning all the different fonts to make symbols, designs, etc.
  • When uploading your own graphics, we recommend high resolution images (at least 300dpi) that are bold and high contrast in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf). The simpler, the better.
  • Want to start over? Simply refresh your browser to begin a new design from scratch.
  • Spark 2 grille dimensions: 345mm x 144mm (13.5 in x 5.6 in).
  • Spark 40 grille dimensions: 322mm x 128mm (12.7 in x 5 in).
  • Spark MINI grille dimensions: 118mm x 124mm (4.6 in x 4.8 in) .
